• You don’t need to be a Pennant loans client to join this referral program and receive benefits.
• The individual you refer cannot already be a Pennant Loans client. They must complete a mortgage settlement with Pennant Loans valued at a minimum of $350,000.
• You can refer new clients between February 2026, and November 2026, with settlements required by January 31, 2026.
• For each successful referral, you’ll receive a $250 gift card presented to you within 30 days of settlement.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, as long as they meet the specified criteria.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
